Berlin Sunday
My weekend Itenary
Berlin ( 25th May 2008 ) -
arrived berlin at Noon. The first thing was to find for a map. Well i did not get a map at airport, the reason being Sunday. The berlin was almost closed. Out of airport came the Taxi, it was a nice Mercedes Benz, with beautiful view. But roads were not empty, It was all jam packed. But, all the traffic standstill in a perfect line. Not like in Our beautiful india, where every one exercises his right in freedom of standing in traffic the way he likes. Thanks to the GPS system, in No time i was in my Hotel. Well NSN travel desk had somehow managed to get a Hotel, with just two working staff. that too in the day time. It was somewhat looking like haunted room. With great doors. First thing after getting into the hotel was to have a wash and start finding way to go to sczczein. Well I really don't get the way the tickets work in European countries. In Berlin i wanted a ticket to the main station. Well as the offers from the Mobile companies there were thousand way to get the ticket. One just get confused to buy which one to use. Finally a young lady came to rescue after seeing two confused faces. She said i usually take the near ticket, may be you can get one of those and travel. Reached the Main station, There another confusion with the tickets. We had to buy tickets to sczczein, One ticket costs 24 euros, and 2 tickets cost 28 euros. this was confusion, but as price was favoring us took the ticket. Next 4 hours roamed around Berlin. the snaps are as follows -->
