Electric bike
Last weekend met an elderly person on the Hotel, he was having an electric bike. It did interest me as i was looking at options to get one for my wife. Had a small chat with him. There were few things which made me attracted to it.
a. Its electric bike, no pollution. I would feel a social responsible citizen.
b. One he runs has milage of aroung 35 Km per change. His is three years old technology. The new ones can run up to 60 KM. (He said). -- So it is not too heavy on pocket.
c. The initial cost is also cheaper. Its would be around 35k. where as others which i am looking for are around 53K. :( ..
d. Power is also less. can not think of long long rides, with these bikes.
The one company in bangalore where one can look for the bikes are -->
