World 10 K, I was happy i finished the race, bit disappointed that I did not improve my timing with 12.5 K run. Hmm things have to be taken seriously, :) ...   Next 10K run Target is less than an hour, which i think is quite achievable, its just matter of fact that I need to start running on roads more and remember that in marathon is different from the practice, To get better results i need to do few more preparation on weekends.
