Lessons from training - Day 1
There where few examples given in the training which i liked
On Perception -->
There is a bus driver and he thinks his job is to drive the bus from Location A to location B.
There is another bus driver who thinks his job is to transport people safely from loaction A to Location B.
In the first case the driver thinks the passenger as disturbance, he feels irritated when one wants to get down, or one standing on the busstop. Where as other dirver is happy to stop and transport. We need lot of drivers who think his job is to transport people safely. :)
Power ==>
Any person has power over the other only when the other choose to give. :)
I Have to -->
Never say I have to do ____ .
Instead try, I Choose to do ______ because ______ . if there is no reason for because then you are not going to do it.
