Office Office..

Well Yesterday was the day when the ratings have to be given, and they did not surprise me by giving something better. I really wonder how these things work, Generally when the performance evaluations happen one has to told of his mistakes which he did and is always told to do better, but once the person is leaving he is told all good things which makes him a better resource..

This happens in real life as well, when a person is around we bitch all bad things about him/her, but when he/she is no-more, we realize the importance of the person and how much they really meant to us, and tell all the good things. Well why not start telling good things in open and accept the good things, which would definitely make them a better person and know how much important they were to people around.
