Fwd triggers thought process

Well I got a fwd from a friend, Hmm interesting.. It talk about a the current bad situation and asks for helping hands in terms of money and making the development. :) i agree its a good cause, but i put a simple question to me, well this things are happening for long decades, and year after year we don't seem to march into better numbers. The gap keeps increasing, and more over what happens to the money ?? Is it going in right hands ?? These are really the questions which i know will never get answers.
I was just did bit more of research for people who do similar things. :)
Well why does every NGO work separately for making the dreams for educated better India. Why they collectively do something, They do distributed and with no information sharing, funds ...
Guess they need to adopt Agile methodology in them to see results...
