I hate drivers who talk on cell phones in their sholders while driving

Today morning i happen to be hit by the Driver in a Honda City with a cell phone on the shoulders, With my Disk breaks i stopped my bike, and it stops. All he does is Raising hand and saying sorry, and continue talking on the cell phone. I wanted to say if i was not breaking so hard, You need not be saying sorry to a dead body. Then i realized how many people on road are on Cell phone while riding bikes, cars and people talking while crossing the Road. Yep I know the Cell phone is the gadget of the century, but people should realize that they can't risk their and others life's with the Gadget. They should realize their loved ones also are in risk where someone like him might run over. :)
