My Group in our office has developed a new punch dialog -- which says "Agile means more communication ".. Finally all boils down to more meetings. There was a meeting, and there is a rehearsal meeting for the meeting. ;) which talks about what we should speak in the meeting. This is a killer for time. Well I would not complain all meetings are time killing, but few are. I really hate those meeting which are conducted just as they are in the Mode of Operations. ( well if u r wondering what Mode of operations mean, its a big fat rules book which say how we should run our scrum). which is something like set of rules book who are created by few who are exempted to follow these rules .. which we are so used in our democratic country. :) ..

Well I felt it was a blame game, between the Development centers across globe to throw shit on each other. Well nothing going really well for the project or for the self. Its what my friend called a rat race. I hate it.. It really doesn't make sense to tell other what went wrong rather than what can be done to avoid it. Sometimes people are so good in preaching things ;) which they never followed, thanks to being the citizen of this country, we know well how to tell others things which we never tried. And always have thousands reasons to tell why to do it, and why it would work for you. :)).

Today while coming from office i saw lot of red shirts.. :) then remembered that today is RCB match in Blr and have to hurry or else would be caught in traffic, thanks to never ending metro work in this part of city. :))..  Rushed and happly blogging :)
