Food

I was chatting with a person while waiting for food, he said something which really  made me nod my head. He said the taste of food is not just from spices we use, its due to the environment,  climate we make. He added, when in rajasthan we don't use so much masalas, here despite using so many the one which tastes real is what is made at home, food here is just a compromise.

I too felt the same and swing my head in agreement...
