Busy life

Life is always busy. Things don't go the way one likes, but still there is one term busy, which is answers to all the questions in life. I was wondering is this era so behind that it takes time to communicate to people ? Are we people don't even have 30 sec of our time to inform others, about something? Its not that we are busy, its just that we procrastinate to do so. We procrastinate things we don't like to do, and finally we give a face saving reason that we were Busy.
