changing lanes

I started late in morning, late in the sense late considering other days, @8.40 am from home. The traffic in the Outer ring road is a concern at the morning. I was surprised how much people change lanes while driving and riding. To my surprise the BIAS ( Bangalore international Airport service ), The red Vlovo's( daemons ) on road do too much of Lane changing, as though they are  riding bikes, and bikers think their bike has just the front wheels, :( today i had to put my disks just because the front biker just changed lane not even thinking i was tailing him.. Don't want to hurt me and others while riding, and somehow feel that techies should not be thinking about their work on road, be watchful in the road..
