Day of Bad dreams

Yesterday night had a dream, a real bad dream. Could not remember much but know that it was really bad, I was in wild and some known and unknown people were around me and i don't know for what reasons i was just running and bleeding and crying. Effect of this dream was that i was awake at mid night and then could not get sleep for some time. Finally slept by 4 am.

Something strange about dreams, one does not remember all the events, don't know the reason why and how it came in mind, more strange is how we react to the dreams, and sometimes its more strange that we are able to see our self and recognize ourself even feel what is going on through us. Strange but i have no answers to why ?
