Kitchen Adventures

Yesterday went home bit early, once i reached home there was an old lady selling the Spinach. I thought to help her by buying . The next thing i realized that i have never cooked spinach before. Or ever thought how to do it. Next what, Took the phone and called the Best cook ever known to me :) .. ( my mom ) and asked how to prepare. Well Her TOT ( transfer of technology) did not work so great on me. I had over cooked, and added more salt than required, :-). Next came the part to make it edible. Obviously am an expert in this.  Added Cooked Dal and tomato and made it look an Italian Mixed vegetable curry.  Finally had it completely.
