Irresponsible media
I am quite irritated with the news channels, even CNN IBN as well now days, which comes up with some nuisance topic, Well Yesterday few things added to my irritation,
A. Is Pakistan the most dangerous place on Earth.
B. Race attacks in Australia.
Well these questions were asked to the Pakistan National senator, weather Pakistan the dangerous place on earth? .. I was quite surprised with these type of questions. Well at that moment It reminded of Movie "The Terminal " where Tom hanks is asked to tell his country is no more safe.. And the way Tom Hanks says " Afraid Krakozhia" no... "My country", " Afraid of .... ".. What my point was does any one who is the senator of country be afraid of their own, Problems are everywhere, Does not mean we can brand any country dangerous place on earth. Well instead of Covering all theses issues why are we not seeing our own problems? After mumbai blasts does it mean its Impossible to live in Mumbai ?.. After Hyderabad Blasts does it mean we abondon the place. We forget the Kashmir, which is still so under developed, We remember kashmir for just its Beauty, where as it should be remainded that the valley is cut off from world for the period of SIx months. in winter.
Comming to other Issues with other TV channel -- News - 9 .. Local Bangalore News channel , I think they have decided to Take on BBMP for the Roads, Every time i run through this channel I see cribs of people, There is no good news to tell to people ? Why such a negetive mentality ?
Come on people Lets see the positive sides in the things rather than just see the Negetive world... All i wish is let media be bit constructive to have constructive society. :-) .. No ones wants to be stuffed with the negetive news over and over again..
Coming to Racist attacks in AUS? I understand its bad? But is it bad than in India where there is still caste divisions, where people are not able to accept others from other castes. Where regional parties play games of Castes, Linguistic differences, religion ?? are these not in India. Why are we trying to showcase others bad ? where as we have so much dirt in ourself. :-) ... I remember a say from Gandhi.. When you point a Finger to other remember other four are pointing to us... Are we not ashamed to show only mistakes of others than good things.
God save us from these Media people who are slow poisoning us with deadly venom called hatred towards everything around us.
