Jobs Done

Most of the times we tend to say that our share of the job is over, and we leave it, Is the Work really complete ? No its complete only when we completely finish the work end to end. Yesterday i was watching a movie, In the middle the this dialog comes. = "a job is not done until its completely done.".
This hold true in Agile methods. How many things we practice in office unknowingly is followed in life. :). Sometimes we thinks its office/work practices and keep it for our professional life. What can be done is to put it as a part of life, which helps in all walks of life.
